(Example: A voucher purchased on February 29, 2024, is valid until December 31, 2027.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Gift vouchers:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Ideal if you already have a specific tour in mind. These vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and offer a personalized experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Flexibility in process or program changes:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After expiry of validity:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> If the redemption period of 1 year for vouchers has expired, the voucher can be redeemed until the end of the year after next against payment of the price difference to the current service.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Program changes:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> If the originally offered tour is no longer available, the voucher can be used for an alternative tour. Any additional costs will be charged, but a lower price will not be refunded.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
